**What’s the opportunity?**

Having proven experience in ERP integration projects and/or product development involving an impact in a company ERP system, such as SAP (but not limited to). You should have a strong background in product management, delivering scalable, secure and innovative products that meet the needs of customers, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Drive the rollout of an ERP system across more than 70 entities in over 40 different countries
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze treasury, accounting and operational business processes, and develop products and solutions to help automate processes and drive information flows to the ERP
- Work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization
- Work closely with other product teams to ensure the solutions developed can meet our customer needs
- Execute a vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome for our organization, our customers and the business.
- Lead a global, multidisciplinary team, collaborating with departments such as legal, finance, marketing, and sales, enhancing our commitment to diversity and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Analyze and use data to make informed decisions.
- Do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be.
- Foster a culture of diversity, innovation, and global leadership within your team.
- Working with people from all around the globe.
- Lead and inspire other team members of the Product team

**What skills do I need?**:

- 5+ years experience working as a Product or Project manager
- Proven ability to deliver on ERP integrations or BPA projects including external ERP systems. Experience in SAP integration projects is a plus.
- Creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, marketing, legal, finance or sales.
- Proven track record of developing product delivery teams, while effectively overseeing the work of large groups of engineers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate complex scenarios.
- Experience in the payments or financial industry.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with SAP certification or an MBA, is highly valued.
