This role involves defining data standards, ensuring compliance with data policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data usability and accuracy **Your responsibilities**: **Define and maintain data standards and policies for assigned master data elements** **Ensure data integrity and consistency **across systems and processes- Collaborate with stakeholders to **understand data requirements and priorities** - Establish data governance processes and controls to support data quality objectives- Lead data quality initiatives, including cleansing, enrichment and validation efforts**Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs** - Provide **guidance and support to data stewards **and other stakeholder**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field- >8 years of experience in master data management or in specific domain**Deep domain understanding** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities- Certification in data management or related disciplines is a plus- At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
