Responsibilities: *
- Manage implementation of product and packaging changes/upgrades for assigned product lines.
- Develop roll out plans for those assortment changes per brand/customer and liaise with Senior Marketing Manager & sales teams in various markets to drive customer alignment.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand activity roadmaps for Partner Brands/Customers and annual marketing activation plan development.
- Learn and develop knowledge of consumers/customers.
- Build understanding for category insights and technical knowledge of product lines supplied to Partner Brand Customers in Europe (and US) as well as competitive surrounding.
- Analyze retail market data (e.g. Nielsen).
- Learn and understand potential synergies with branded business (N and S EU).
- Manage partnerships and projects with cross-functional internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (vendors/agencies/customers).
- Various organizational/administrative tasks (e.g., sample requests, invoice processing, maintaining art files and product databases, proofreading documents and art files, etc.)
- You will be part of a European/Global marketing organization.
- Reports to Marketing Manager Partner Brands (Germany)

Experience and Skills: *
- B.S. in Marketing, Business
- 1-3 years marketing experience
- Some project management experience
- Some experience with Private Label business/marketing or branding a plus
- Experience in or knowledge of consumer products, large retail, or healthcare industries a plus.
- Experience with new product or brand launch initiatives a plus.
- Excellent English.
- Some experience leading a team/project
- Open to work from other locations (Germany, Sweden) for some days on regular basis
- Experience with: Microsoft Office Suite
