**#About the role**

A large part of the success of Ironhack depends on the Program Manager that we have to lead the campus operations of our full-time and part-time Bootcamps. The Program Manager is a critical role to ensure we offer an excellent experience to students.

As Program Manager of Barcelona Campus you will work with our teachers and students, owning the student’s satisfaction and learning experience. You will help Ironhack to grow and nourish our Barcelona community and our customer-centric approach.

**#Responsabilites**

**Student Experience**
- You are the owner of the student experience on Barcelona campus, you guarantee the highest standards in the delivery of our educational programs
- You are the first point of contact for students from their Admission til their Graduation in close collaboration with Lead Teachers, Teachers Assistants and Student Success Managers
- You are responsible for building the best environment outside the class for students by organizing tech talks & networking events together with other departments involved such as Outcomes and Growth
- You ensure a smooth transition between Admissions, Program and Career services in the student journey by working closely with Admissions and Student Success Managers

**Teachers Support & Management**
- You work closely with Lead Teachers to ensure the best in-class experience for every student
- You participate in the hiring process of Lead Teachers
- You hire and support Teacher Assistants in their role

**Educational Excellence**
- You are in charge of answering, consolidating every feedback locally made on Curriculum by both Teachers and Students and following up with the Education team
- You are an integral part of the pilot governance process and you lead implementation, delivery and analysis of such pilots on your campus

**Operations**
- You own and control the Program budget on your campus
- You are in charge of keeping Students profiles on Campus Tools up-to-date from Pre-work till Graduation

You report directly to the Country Manager Spain and are considered his right arm on every Education, Students and Teachers topics.

**#Requirements**
- You have 2+ years professional experience in one of the following:

- Customer Success or any client-facing position
- Education
- Tourism & Hospitality
- Communication & Events
- Organized, you can handle multiple tasks without losing sight of any
- Empathetic, you are known for your willingness to constantly help others
- Flexible, you can jump from one project to another without losing productivity
- Constant positive attitude, events have no grips on you
- Excellent communication, every oral or written communication you make are understood immediately by its audience
- Tech-savvy, you are passionate about Tech
