With a very customer centric approach, our goal is to constantly surprise our clients with outstanding customer experiences and carefully curated product selections, from established brands to up and coming designers. Launched in 2020 and backed by VC FJLabs we’ve started with our first location in Madrid. The store is an 8 floor and 5.500 sqm building and is located at the city center in Gran Via.

**Mission**:
Maintain and manage our ERP SAP S/4 HANA participating in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, documentation, configuration, testing and implementation

Preparation and development of test plans (unit, integrated, user, etc.)

Proactive business support in the management and resolution of functional incidents, enquiries and improvements

Develop relationships with the stakeholders to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution

Manage developments and dependencies with our partners

Development and implementation of training plans for users.

**Experience and skills you bring**:
At least 2 years performing functions as a consultant in implementations, parameterization and business development in the MM and Retail modules

Knowledge of IDOC SAP for integrations with warehouses, eCommerce and other systems

Office suite knowledge and ticketing tools like Jira

Ability to work autonomously

University degree or higher

English B2

**You will hit the ground running if you have**:
Experience in IT support and maintenance services: user support, permissions and authorizations management, etc. is a plus.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Drive for innovation.
