- Ensure compliance to local HR laws & regulations
- Work closely with HR colleagues in Munich and China

That\'s about it In future more exciting responsibilities might add in case you are ready and willing to take them.

**Profile**:
We want to make sure you feel happy in your position, therefore, it would be great if you have the following personal background:

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- ~3 years’ similar experience
- English at least C1. Chinese proficiency is good to have
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- A team player with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
