Tasks and Qualifications:
- As part of the FP&A Team, contribute to the business plan, budget, and reporting processes- Partner with HR, as the finance representative, to monitor all new hires, hiring costs, payroll.- Achieve specific ad-hoc analysis of headcount and Personnel Cost- Personnel costs analysis: actuals comparison with FC, BDG- HC /FTE analysis: actuals comparison with FC, BDG- Reconciliation Oracle/SAP- Monitor correct classification of personnel costs in P&L
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have a real passion and enthusiasm for deal management in complex analysis- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics- 2-3 years of previous experience as Business Controller or in a primary audit company- Excellent experience of Microsoft Excel- Fluent in English. French, Spanish or German will be a plus- Proactivity- Available for short business travel
