**Human Resources Manager EMEA**
The Human Resources Manager EMEA is an enabling role within the EMEA regional HR leadership team, responsible for developing, aligning, and executing HR strategic and operational initiatives to support a broad range of HR and business goals impacting the region. The incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders, including Country HR Management teams in EMEA, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and business leaders based across the region and in the United States.
**How you will make an impact**:
- Contribute to the HR strategic and tactical planning, in collaboration with senior HR peers, to evaluate and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and progress a broad view of people and business activities across the EMEA region. Participate in planning, prioritizing, and guiding the execution of projects with people impact in the region.
- Represent and organize the HR workstream in broader, complex business projects, such as transformations and acquisitions.
- Develop and proactively manage stakeholder relationships, including advancing stakeholder adoption of EMEA people practices and enabling competencies.
- Partner with regional HR leadership peers and COE colleagues in evaluation, recommendation and execution on core HR topics, including organizational and individual development, culture and engagement, and analytics.
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and lead efforts to streamline and standardize procedures, practices, planning and reporting.
- Ensure HR initiatives and processes are compliant with relevant laws, negotiated agreements, internal policies, and best practices.
**What you bring**:
**Education**
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Change Management, Coaching, or other complementary training, certification and experiences are highly desired.
**Experience & Skills**
- A minimum of 5 years of international (EMEA) HR experience required, with significant exposure to HR and business projects; up to 2 years may be substituted by experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategy or Project Management roles. A general working knowledge of European employment norms and regulation topics is expected.
- Prior role(s) within a high-tech, innovative organization is an advantage. Experience collaborating in a multi-cultural organization, with key leaders and stakeholders from other global regions (e.g. USA) is essential. Experience working closely with U.S. based teams is an advantage.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor the execution of concurrent HR projects, and to influence on scope, timing and deliverables, is required. Experience owning the HR workstream of broader business projects is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required; additional European languages is an advantage.
**CULTURE AND VALUES**
Culture and values are incredibly important to Ansys. They inform us of who we are, of how we act. Values aren't posters hanging on a wall or about trite or glib slogans. They aren't about rules and regulations. They can't just be handed down the organization. They are shared beliefs - guideposts that we all follow when we're facing a challenge or a decision. Our values tell us how we live our lives; how we approach our jobs. Our values are crucial for fostering a culture of winning for our company:
- Customer focus
