Salesforce Administrator

**Supporting architect for SFDC and related interfaces (HPD, HubSpot, Trial/POC, Support Sites, etc) and coordinator of development team during releases. Ensures quality of technical development of features/enhancements by contract workers.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Salesforce Administration**:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.**
**- Handle user management, permissions, and access controls.**
**- Implement and maintain Salesforce security measures and backup protocols.**
**- Forecasting and Reporting**:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce forecasting and reporting tools to provide accurate sales projections and business insights.**
**- Create and automate dashboards and reports to track KPIs and other critical business metrics.**
**- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of sales forecasts, identifying trends and anomalies in sales data.**
**- Product Catalog Management**:
- Oversee the product catalog setup within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and detailed item descriptions, pricing, and categorization.**
**- Work with product development and marketing teams to integrate new products into the catalog effectively.**
**- Ensure consistency and accuracy in product information across all platforms and communications.**
**- Business Analysis**:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications for Salesforce enhancements.**
**- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in sales processes, product offerings, and customer engagement strategies.**
**- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to communicate requirements and expectations.**
**- Training and Support**:
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices, usage of forecasting and reporting tools, and product catalog navigation.**
**- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, reports, and enhancements.**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.**
**- Typically 4 - 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with knowledge of Salesforce forecasting and reporting modules.**
**- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.**
**- Familiarity with product catalog management within Salesforce or similar platforms.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.**
**- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and utilizing Salesforce analytics tools.**
**- Preferred Certifications**:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator**
**- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder**
**- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I**
