We are currently working with an Insurtech that is looking to modernize the way people insure themselves by making it simple, affordable, fast and effective. They are backed by the best insurers and with 5M+ in funding they are ready to expand Currently, there are looking for a VP Marketing with a stong B2C background to reach the masses with their innovative product.

This VP of Marketing should be hands-on but also have a solid strategic sense as they are looking to expand into neighbouring countries. Within this role you have a strategic position as you will report to the CEO directly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Get a thorough grasp of the company’s clients and their requirements in order to create effective messaging and campaigns.
- Create and manage a high-performing marketing team by mentoring, guiding, and offering feedback to assist team members to improve and accomplish their goals.
- Work closely with other departments, such as product, sales, and customer support, to ensure marketing objectives are aligned and have the greatest possible effect.
- Developing go-to-market plans to drive customer acquisition

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of leadership in a Marketing role
- Excellent marketing background in the fintech/Insurtech space within established companies
- Experience in working in a start-up/ fast-paced environment
- Outstanding understanding of the most recent digital marketing technologies;
- Leadership experience with a track record of being hands-on and strategic.
- Fluent in Spanish AND English
