We are hiring an **Operations Engineering Analyst** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

**What you will do**:

- **
Route Analysis**: Evaluate and optimize commercial and charter flight routes for efficiency and compliance.
- ** Airport Evaluation**: Analyze, approve, and categorize airports based on their operational capabilities and suitability for the fleet.
- ** Aircraft Performance Studies**: Conduct studies on aircraft performance (takeoff, landing, fuel efficiency) and provide recommendations for route optimization.
- ** Technical Issue Investigation**: Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by flight crews to improve aircraft performance and operations.
- ** Airport Procedures Design**: Design and implement efficient operational procedures at airports to enhance safety and streamline ground operations.
- ** Navigation Database Management**: Administer and maintain accurate aircraft navigation databases, ensuring they reflect up-to-date operational and regulatory information.

**What you will need**:

- Aeronautical Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree.
- Previous Airline experience is preferable.
- Compulsory knowledge of Aerodynamics and Aircraft Performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, MATLAB).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of English is needed.
