Social Media Manager

**Main responsibilities**:

- Solely responsible for developing the central social media strategy, including the overall concept and campaigns
- Full operational and strategic management of the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linked.in, etc.), driving business growth via these channels
- Responsible for the planning, conceptual design and implementation of story and feed content on all social media channels
- Working closely with the wider team to create engaging content and concepts as well as managing external service providers
- Keeping abreast of current trends and, based on this, conceiving and creating exciting, engaging social content that fits to your strategy
- Moderating and communicating professionally in front of and behind the camera, and maintaining an active dialogue within the social community
- Enabling the wider teams and colleagues with social media, being the link between customer support and our social community, you will be the face to the community, but also behind the scenes, responding to questions etc., therefore, a close link to customer support as well as the wider team is necessary
- Creating reports based on important performance KPIs and thus optimising the community, activity and campaign performance
- Playing a key role in the rebranding team and making sure that our brand identity matches our social media strategy

**What we’re looking for in you**:

- Extensive experience managing social media channels for ecommerce businesses, managing campaigns and maximizing growth opportunities via these channels.
- You are a social media genius With a creative mind and will have already gained sound professional experience in the areas of community management, social media and/or campaign management
- Ideally, you have a degree with a focus on communication (design), online marketing, social media or a comparable qualification
- Prior experience of preparing complex topics in a way that is appropriate for the target group and implementing them strategically
- It is essential you have a creative mind and are able to prepare, implement and execute campaign content
- You must have gained experience in the development of a cross-media content strategy for our relevant target group.
- Significant experience with using all social channels and understand the workings of the platforms including Instagram, Facebook and/or Linked.in, and are confident in using various apps and programmes for content creation
- A high affinity for technical topics and a keen sense of relevance in a technical/industrial community
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills are essential, to report back to the business on campaigns performance.
