**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with local and US GAAPs.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
- Monitor changes in accounting and assess their impact on the company.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and other financial consultants.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of local and US GAAPs and tax regulations.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in MS-Excel and Database (mandatory).
- Proficiency in accounting software - Oracle is preferred.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
