**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and business, to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
- Support project management activities, including progress tracking and reporting.
- Prepare user test scripts and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare training materials and support on training activities.

**Qualifications**
- Business Analyst and Data analytics skills
- To interpret different type of Business requirements in terms of Data ingestion of different Datasets and communicate the same to the Product Team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in **English and Spanish (**and Portuguese would be a +++**).**
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Atlassian framework (Jira/Confluence) +++
- Experience in setting up a testing framework and executing as Test Coordinator
- Experience on design and execution of User Test Scripts would be a plus
- To act as Business responsible of initial UAT, of new developments coming out from the Sprint.
- Experience in Documentation and training material (Sharepoint and Confluence).
- Experience with data integration topics (Interface between system A and B), data bases and data warehouse.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
