**Computacenter is looking for Senior Deskside Engineer for a pharmaceutical company**
The standard scope of this role includes:
- On-site support.
- Install current Microsoft operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop
- Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.
- Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Replace components in both desktops and laptops (e.g., hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
- Understand complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
- 2nd Line Support of PCs & Laptops.
- Customer Service.
- Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
- Mobility for the Technician is needed for carrying out the service in different sites.
Pre-Requisites & Experience
- Studies: Ciclo Formativo de Grado medio en Informática.
- Experience: at least 4-5 years in a similar role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
- High level of English (oral and written tests will be carried out).
- Needs to pass Vetting.
