**Role and Responsibilities** As the Airline Technical Standards Leader, your primary objective is to provide guidance and support to ensure standards delivery, standards processes, best practices and full compliance the Airline Technical Services. You will report to the Head of Airline Technical Services and play a crucial role in setting up new Fleet Management contracts, liaising with client airlines, authorities, monitoring services using various metrics, providing regulatory consultancy services to clients, and performing audits on behalf of clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality-of-service delivery, client satisfaction, and recurrent business. **Responsibilities**: - You manage the set-up phase of new Fleet Management Agreements with our client Airlines. - Develop Interface Procedures for our Fleet Management Services customized to the client’s operation - Perform internal audits and surveys on the Airline Technical Support Services to ensure services meet client’s standards and local CAA requirements - Develop and deliver training plans based on the client’s competency framework - You are responsible for setting up and the supervision of fleet management contracts along a set of KPIs - You ensure that Safety and Compliance Management System queries from clients are addressed appropriately (RCA, Safety Investigations, Mitigating Actions) - Liaison with client’s CAA for the subcontracting of fleet management services - Act as single point of contact for CAE Fleet Management services during client’s CAA audits - Provide regulatory consultancy services to clients - Perform Audits on behalf of clients Skills and Qualifications - 5 years+ in senior technical roles in Airline’s Technical Services or MRO organisations - Extensive knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. 2018/1139, (EU) No. 748/2012, (EU) No. 1321/2014, and (EU) No. 965/2012 and related regulations and procedures. - Excellent English - Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a cross-functional environment - Ability to simplify complex processes and write procedures - Ability to communicate data / KPI based results - Ability to travel required Preferred Qualifications & Skills - Having Form 4/Nominated Person experience is preferred, - Knowledge of other regulations such as FAA, ENAC, and UK CAA is valued **Equal Employment Opportunity** At CAE, everyone is welcome to contribute to our success.
