**The Role**

At **Kyndryl Consult**, we are shaping the future of the digital workplace. We’re looking for a **Senior Power Platform Architect and Consultant**with strategic vision, a passion for innovation, and proven experience in leading low-code/no-code solutions. This role will be instrumental in **launching and leading a specialized Power Platform team**within our Digital Workplace Services practice.

**Who You Are**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement scalable enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Build and lead a high-performing technical and functional team focused on Power Platform.
- Serve as a technical and strategic reference in consulting projects for national and international clients.
- Collaborate with other Kyndryl areas (cloud, security, data) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Define standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for Power Platform usage.
- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and value proposition development.
- Guide clients through their digital transformation journey—from ideation to adoption.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 3 years working with Power Platform.
- Deep knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and process automation.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- High level of English (minimum B2/C1).

**Nice to have**:

- PL-600 certification (Power Platform Solution Architect)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365 environments.Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, and Power Platform security.
