- Grundausbildung als Sushi-Koch wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Japanischen Kochkunst
- Exzellente Kenntnisse der asiatischen Küche und Kultur wünschenswert
- Kompetenz in sachgerechter Verarbeitung von Fisch und anderen Lebensmitteln
- Sachkundig in allen Arten von Sushi, inklusive Nigiri
- Versiertheit in allen klassischen und modernen Sushi/ Sashimi und Saucen-Variationen
- Saubere und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und ein gutes Auge für Details
- Leidenschaft zum Beruf
- Freude am Kontakt mit Gästen
- Tadelloses Erscheinungsbild ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du sprichst deutsch oder spanisch

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Mitverantwortung für den Bereich Sushi-Bar im á la carte Restaurant
- Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres sehr hohen Qualitätsniveaus unter Voraussetzung der HACCP-Standards und der generellen Standards
- Optimierung der gesamten Sushi-Bar
- Durchführung des täglichen Mise-en-places
