We call our reception "Welcome Room", symbolizing how we welcome our guests as if they were our friends. We offer cava and engage in conversation with our guests. At Feliz, we aim for a smooth and unnoticeable check-in, so that guests barely notice the process has taken place while they enjoy their cava and talk to us. Our bar and restaurant is called our living room and, just like the Welcome Room, it stands for the atmosphere that we as staff create - a relaxed and cozy atmosphere where service and quality are always in focus. We consider our guests as friends visiting us at home. We work proactively to meet and exceed their expectations by being courteous and responsible in every situation. The work involves various stages, and we colleagues always support each other. Here are some of the tasks you can expect, but we also appreciate creative thinking and flexibility: - Take full responsibility for the service at the reception - Check in and check out guests - Helping guests with the booking of external services - Give recommendations and help guests with questions - Receiving and serving guests - Clean and maintain our open spaces on the ground floor and the terrace and rooftop terrace. Languages play a significant role in this position as we welcome guests from different parts of the world. **Spanish and English are mandatory** languages. Swedish is a bonus.
