We are convinced that our people will lead this change by sharing their ideas and talent and by contributing to our motto: Eat better > Be happier > Live longer. **Tasks and Responsibilities** - Opportunity to learn from an exceptional marketing team in high growth, healthy and sustainable, product categories such as Kombucha, Plant-based meats, Plant-based cheese, Ready Meals and Cold-Pressed juices. - Support the management of our brands: product and portfolio management, market analysis and trends identification, proposal of strategic growth plans for each distribution channel (hospitality, ecommerce and FMGC). - Understand the market and each one of the distribution channels: understand the consumer and their needs, analyze market trends and user segmentation. - Competitor analysis and benchmarking for each distribution channel. - Contribute to marketing plans’ definition (innovation pipeline, pricing strategy, promotions and communication): - Brand positioning for the different distribution channels. - Increase of brand awareness (off and online) - Manage marketing campaigns: proposal, implementation, follow up and result analysis - Project Management of new initiatives in coordination with R+D and Industrial Design Departments as well as external providers (e.g. packaging) - Define format and pricing strategy by channel - Define promotional plan - Define, control and manage marketing budgets - Support the definition, supervisory and preparation of creativities for POS in accordance with the brand strategy **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
