**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Cumplir con el objetivo principal de la gestión de la Configuración que es tener información precisa y fiable de todos los Elementos de Configuración (CIs) que componen los servicios TI, mediante la identificación, control, mantenimiento y verificación de los CIs existentes y requeridos para prestar los Servicios, así como el mantenimiento de los activos
- Gestionar, controlar y ejecutar las peticiones de cambios de CI y Activos en la CMDB
- Facilitar la resolución de incidencias, por ejemplo, detectando colisiones y conflictos en la configuración
- Integración dentro del equipo de gestión de la configuración

- Experiência probada en Gestión de configuración
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de configuracion
- Capacidad de interlocución con equipos técnicos y de gestión
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de cambios, peticiones e incidencias
- Conocimientos de informática a nível de usuario
