**Summary**:
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Global Grain & Processing team in Barcelona, Spain. We are looking for a Credit & Risk Analyst to support a variety of projects that will range in scale and complexity. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your career learning from and collaborating with our team across different locations in Europe which, at the same time, operates in several European and other international markets.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle the counterparties onboarding and start Compliance and Due Diligence process.

Support on counterparties CRM creations and updates.

Risk Analysis: support EMEA team in periodic Reviews of Counterparties and Limits.

Monitoring of Risk position with our customers and suppliers.

Ensure Counterparties data is updated and accurate in all CHS in-house platforms.

Support EMEA effort on process and report standardization.

Weekly and End of Month Reporting as well as any other analysis that may be interesting for our key stakeholders.

Be encouraged and expected to innovate and be creative in problem solving and presentation of solutions.

Close communication with external and internal clients, keeping them constantly informed of the portfolio situation and difficulties.

Involvement and follow up of collections or risk issues together with Finance, Commercial and Legal teams.

Maintain credit policy and processes updated and adapted to the reality of CHS business.

**Minimum Qualifications (required)**:
Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar background.

0-2+years of work experience. Risk or Agribusiness expertise is a plus.

Medium-advanced Excel level.

Analytical, problem-solving, methodical and attentive to detail personality.

Proactive with ability to prioritize in an environment with resources and time constraints.

Team player with excellent communication skills and customer focus.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Italian, Portuguese or French is a plus.

CHS offers a competitive total compensation package.

Compensation: This includes base wage and may consist of other earnings depending upon position within CHS, consisting of bonuses, incentives, commissions, merit pay.
