Telesales Agent

We are a property developer delighted to be expanding our thriving sales team. We are currently recruiting English-speaking Telesales Agents on a full or part-time basis.

You will be joining a dynamic and friendly established team and will be given full training and support. Basic salary plus generous commissions.

*Spanish residency/valid work permit is essential*

**Responsibilities**:

- To clearly communicate over the phone the value of our developments, ensuring that you represent our brand and showcase the benefits of becoming a customer.
- Ask empathetic questions to understand customers’ needs, reservations, and desires.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets
- You will be working as part of a team to ensure customers enjoy a smooth sales process from the start to the close, all the way through to the after-sales service.
- A second language will be a bonus
- Currently holding in-person only interviews at our office.
