Ibp Senior PMO

**Mission**:
Join our global team to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model. You will drive standardization, maturity assessments, and sustainability of IBP processes across the organization. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence through disciplined project management, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the global implementation of the IBP model in alignment with key stakeholders and consultants.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement using the PDCA methodology.
- Establish and manage a robust IBP Management Operating System (MOS).
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee training programs to ensure long-term sustainability of IBP practices.
- Coordinate change management across global, regional, and local teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, with a strong background in project and process management.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP, SAP IBP, Oracle, and Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
