**Sourcing Manager R&D Procurement Crop Science**

We are the Sourcing team of goods and services for Research and Development. For the area of Crop Science we are looking for a new team member to help us succeed in developing long term success for our Crop Science division. Research and development is a key to our success as Life Science company. We know that our success is largely supported by our external partners which you will help selecting and developing for a mutual benefit.

In this role you will be a part of an inspiring, diverse team that implements and carries out the respective Category Strategies on a global level to support our vision.

You will work with the key collaborators in R&D Crop Science, our Category Leads as well as a phenomenal international Sourcing team. Our responsibilities cover the whole Sourcing process from Source to Contract.

Also there will be an excellent support for you to succeed. Over 30 R&D Procurement trusted professional with a diverse set of backgrounds will help you to become successful.

**You will**
- work with a team of outstanding people.
- build and run global R&D sourcing processes as well as creating significant deals for the benefit of Bayer.

**Who you are**
- Curiosity about science related topics.
- An encouraging and excellent teammate.
- Have a growth mindset with a focus on continuous development.
- Bring experiences in procurement related (IT) processes with a special focus on digital solutions as well as automation.
- outstanding problem solving skills.
- motivated about your personal development.
- Bachelor or master degree in business or science with a shown experience in procurement.
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
