**Your Responsibilities Include, but not limited to**:

- Assist in onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and supporting offboarding processes.
- Gain an understanding of the entire employee lifecycle and contribute to enhancing employee experience.
- Support payroll processing tasks, including data entry, verification of timesheets, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Help manage timekeeping systems, monitor attendance records, and assist in addressing time-related issues.
- Develop a grasp of attendance policies and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support the communication of benefits information to employees and help resolve any benefits-related issues.

**What You’ll bring to the role**:

- University degree (any background). Eager to work in HR.
- **MUST HAVE**:Currently studying a master's degree, with the possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university or school.
- Fluent English C1 and Spanish are a must
- Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
- Workday and SAP knowledge desirable
- We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy, and with a big teamwork spirit.

- Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
- Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
