**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the logistics function in our Madrid office, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods and materials. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Communicate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines and status.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices, customs forms, and delivery notes.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock control.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus.
