From Devoteam we are looking for a business process analyst for an important client in the leisure sector located in Madrid, but the position is remote, so you can live anywhere in Spain.

The requirements are as follows:

- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Analyze business processes and workflows for automation.
- Documentation of all information obtained through process maps and business requirements documents and process designs.
- Knowledge in ERP, BPM, CRM and Business Intelligence tools.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in documentation, design and improvement of business processes.

- Establish Delivery Processes.
- Supervise team members performance.
- Distribute and assign the different projects and tasks.
- Monitor, control and support service delivery.
- Be accountable for the quality of Service, disponibility and performance.
