Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a **Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers)** to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. **The job in brief**:
Job Title - **Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers)**

Team - you will join the _Payments & Fintech Growth _team

Level - Professional

Location - Chiasso, Switzerland

Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

**What your impact will be**
- **Wallet Strategy & Development**:
- Define and execute the strategy for a customer-facing wallet
- Increase the ratio of payments through stored payment methods
- Manage, innovate and evolve the existing voucher product toward balance accounts

**Qualifications** Your expertise**:

- 7+ years of product development experience in high volume e-commerce
- Proven track record in customer payments, card tokenization, card account updater and vouchers/coupon
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with agile teams (mainly product engineering) to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments
- Analytical mindset to collect data (qualitatively and quantitatively) with a focus on customer-centric solutions

**Desirable**:

- Experience with loyalty programs is highly desirable
- Experience in the travel industry
