**What you will be doing**
- Create custom Salesforce triggers, pricing configurations, and reusable components optimized for scalability and efficiency on Trilogy's newly acquired CloudSense platform
- Develop automation frameworks that reduce manual work, enhance workflow performance, and improve operational efficiency
- Address and resolve technical challenges, documenting solutions in a structured format suitable for AI systems to autonomously provide future recommendations and resolutions
- Attend calls with customers to ensure alignment on project tasks, provide updates on progress, and clarify objectives and priorities

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Routine CPQ maintenance and basic system administration
- Delegating technical tasks to a team of developers

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate revenue through high-quality consulting engagements that ensure customer success with Trilogy CPQ's solutions
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in CPQ consulting, development, or implementation roles
- Professional experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Ability to leverage AI for automation and process optimization, including integrating AI solutions via APIs and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one Relational Database Management Systems (including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, or Microsoft SQL Server)
