**WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....**
- ... completed training or studies with a focus on financial accounting, ideally in a hotel or restaurant business
- ... first experiences with the Spanish and Balearic tax laws
- ... accuracy, service orientation and team spirit in order to optimally support your colleagues in the jungle of numbers
- ... inspire colleagues and have good self-management, independent and organized way of working
- a proactive communicator, doer & organizer
- ... fluently speaking Spanish. A second language (English, German) is a plus
- the more languages the better

**WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?**

For both hotels:

- Overseeing daily financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining strict cash control processes
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure all financial data aligns correctly
- Reporting invoices to the tax authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitoring and controlling online orders, ensuring invoices are correctly, collected and processed
- Managing accounts payable, incoming invoices, and daily accounting tasks
- Preparing monthly financial statements, analyzing performance, and providing evaluations
- Supporting the development and optimization of new accounting processes and accounts receivable workflows
- Ensuring financial accuracy by identifying and addressing even the smallest discrepancies in financial data
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve overall efficiency
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
