As a **Technology Area Graduate - Digitalization **, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digitalization initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of digitalization, project management, and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

**What You Will Do**:
**Skill Matrix & Task Management**:Developing the skills of manufacturing area workers is crucial to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) journey we are on at Essity. In the Digitalization area, we provide the tools to support the capability development process for blue-collar workers. Your tasks related to this topic will include:
**Skill Management and Task Management System**:

- Assist with global rollouts, training sessions, and project management related to our skill matrix and task management system.
- Collaborate with internal global teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption. Coordinate the development of a new Skill Matrix tool in close collaboration with stakeholders.

**Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)**:Such systems play an important role in modern manufacturing, enabling real-time tracking of everything that happens on our machines and on the shop floor. They support efficiency improvements, waste reduction, quality, centerline, and more. As part of your role, you will be coordinating activities to replace an obsolete component in one of our MES:
**Global Rollout of OPC Router**:

- Facilitate the global rollout of OPC Router, a data collection software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.

**Digitalization Engineers Capability Development**:Developing the capabilities of digitalization engineers is critical because enhanced skills enable engineers to create innovative solutions, streamline processes, and optimize digital systems. In a rapidly evolving tech landscape, skilled engineers can adapt to new tools, languages, and methodologies. As part of your tasks, you will be working with:

- Assisting in creating training materials and defining training processes for digitalization engineers.
- Supporting the design of the Digitalization Engineers qualification processes **.**

**Communication**:It is important to have a good communication campaign about all the work we are doing in the area of digitalization so that our key stakeholders are aware of the value that digitalization creates and how we are progressing with digital transformation in general. One of your tasks will be to work on our quarterly newsletter

**Digitalization Newsletter Edition**:

- Collect content from digitalization team members and the digitalization community to include it in our quarterly newsletter release.
- Edit and create newsletters using SharePoint.
- Publish newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
- Strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and project management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is essential.

Our factory is in **Puigpelat, Spain **. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our manufacturing operations and gain insights into the digitalization efforts specific to our factory.
