**The Role**:
You will join a highly skilled team where you will support the testing and debugging for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) of our award winning EV Chargers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an EMC Engineer to define EMC Test Lab procedures and roadmap, as well as coordinating equipment purchases and workforce.

**What will you be doing?**
You, as EMC Test Engineer, will support our testing and debugging for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). You will be responsible to follow and execute test plans and report generation and to define EMC test lab roadmap and needs, equipment purchases and workforce.

As EMC test Engineer you will:

- _Work on definition of EMC Test Lab: procedures, reports, needs,and also with new hirings._
- _Conduct a variety of EMC and RF tests which includes preparing setups and performing testing._
- _Define, prepare and compile test reports._
- _Understand test plans and how to properly follow technical procedures and test specifications._
- _Assist with troubleshooting in case of non-conformities identifying potential sources._
- _Ensure quality in EMC testing. Identify instrumentation in need of calibration._
- _Maintain in-house test lab and equipment._

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- _Degree in Electrical/Telecommunications engineering._
- _Experience on electromagnetic compatibility topics._
- _Understanding of EMC design and testing._
- _Good understanding of requirements and testing experience to EN / FCC / ETSi standards._
- _Flexible, motivated and autonomous engineer. _
- _Agile methodology know-how._
- _Good Team player._

**It would be nice if you have**:

- _Capability propose solutions while debugging_
- _Knowledge of Elektra software_
- _Experience on laboratory quality aspects, i.e.: ISO 17025_
- _Knowledge on electronic and power electronics components_
- _Interest in the field of electric vehicles and renewable energies_
- _Jira knowledge_
