**Job Description Summary**: An opportunity to become an integral part of the PDx growth acceleration as Program Leader. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams of experienced functional leaders and their respective project teams, to execute and deliver the product development strategy and
- operations. The program leader role will include managing NPIs that are in the clinical development stage and life-cycle management projects, such as competitive defence, re-launch, geographic expansion for our marketed product portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and drive comprehensive program strategies, including project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations. You will work together with the Global Product Leader to develop segment strategy, input into business cases, budgets, timelines, set overall program direction and other ad-hoc requests.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate cross-functional, multi-national teams consisting of researchers, scientists, engineers, regulatory experts, and other relevant professionals throughout the product development lifecycle, within a matrix organisation.
- ** Collaboration**: Foster effective communication and collaboration between functional teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. You will be required to create and run efficient operating mechanisms and collaboration tools that keep adopted by the project teams to keep themselves informed, and aligned, and accountable. Ensure effective and efficient communication across business functions and motivate and energize the team through GE HealthCare leadership values.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within established timelines and budget constraints.
- ** Budget Oversight**: Monitor program budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure to ensure efficient resource utilization and alignment with organizational financial goals.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and key performance indicators related to program development and commercialization.
- ** Resource Management**: Optimize resource allocation and manage priorities to meet program objectives, balancing scientific innovation with commercial viability.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a leadership or program management role, ideally in a matrix organization
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes, clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and commercialization strategies.
- Experience with
- product lifecycle from concept through end of life
- product launches in the healthcare industry.
