**Mision**

Participar y realizar actividades relacionadas con CPD para garantizar un funcionamiento fiable y eficiente de la infraestructura técnica.

Cumplir un rol crítico y brindar satisfacción a nuestros clientes.

**Tu rol**

Responsable de los trabajos de mantenimiento correctivo/preventivo y reparación asignados.

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los activos de la infraestructura:

- Eléctricos: Grupos electrógenos, UPS, PDU´s, Cuadros eléctricos, Transformadores y Subestaciones.
- Mecánicos: Generación de frio y distribución, Aire acondicionado de precisión.
- PCI: Sistema de detección y extinción de incendios
- Seguridad: conocimiento básico de sistemas de CCTV o Videovigilancia IP y CCAA o control de accesos.

La supervisión de Proyectos de mejora de las instalaciones y su implantación mediante la coordinación de los diferentes responsables.

Coordinación y supervisión de subcontratistas y proveedores externos para las labores de mantenimiento.

Establecer protocolos para la realización de trabajos de mantenimiento correctivo o preventivo, realizar análisis de riesgos operativos y supervisar su cumplimiento.

Informar, documentar e iniciar medidas de mejora para las desviaciones estándar operativas, resolución de incidencias siguiendo los protocolos de escalado y actuación establecidos.

Vigilancia de la infraestructura día a día mediante los sistemas de monitorización o BMS

Anteponer en todo momento las mejores prácticas de Seguridad y Salud en cualquier trabajo que vaya a realizarse para garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las normas, regulaciones y procedimientos.

Responsable de la eficiencia energética operativa de DC y de la implementación de las medidas de optimización asignadas.

Brindar soluciones para la gestión del sitio y adherirse a los acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLA) acordados en el contrato del cliente.

**Requisitos**

Experiência en sistemas de mantenimiento preventivo programado.

Experto en mantenimiento de operaciones de sistemas electrotécnicos y/o mecánicos a gran escala.

Experiência con monitoreo técnico, documentación y administración (por ejemplo, seguimiento de SLA)

Conocimientos básicos en coordinación de subcontratistas e interfaz con el cliente.

Mínimo 2 años de experiência demostrable como técnico/ de mantenimiento en edificios de misión crítica.
