**Technical **Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator** (Full Remote)**

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of those positions you are managing:

- You will use our ATS (GreenHouse) to keep track of open roles.
- You will communicate with Ebury Technical Team members to perfectly understand the vacancies and their needs.
- You will be proactively encouraging and facilitating your recruitment processes so that all stages flow and a successful hire is achieved as soon as possible.

**Your Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist/Assistant role or business-related positions;
- The role is fast-paced and demanding, and attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure are a necessity.
- This person will be in permanent contact with staff globally. Most of the role will be conducted in English, so fluency, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Extroverted and with excellent communication skills, a person who likes to be in contact with other people permanently
- Experienced within Recruiting ATS - GreenHouse and their reporting tools
- Proactive and problem solver, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You will be part of a Recruitment Team, that will always support and help you to develop professionally, and that's why we need you to be also an excellent team player.
- Passionate about Tech, and acquainted with the entire recruitment lifecycle and with knowledge of technical profiles and environments.
