**.** The EBMT registry is the starting point for all our studies carried out with a focus on
- **data collection processes, data quality monitoring, and maintenance of the database.**

**Our Mission**
- Save and improve the lives of patients with blood-related disorders.**YOUR MISSION**
- Support the
- **development of the new EBMT Registry** platform - support ETL development for migration from old database to new one.**WHAT YOU DO**
- Maintenance and update of multiple** ETL pipelines and ETL QA/QC processes**:

- Documenting ETL processes and **QA/QC results**:

- Maintenance and **create custom-designed vocabulary**:

- Working with the core registry team to **design analytical data flows**:

- Developing and implement **best practices for data coding and ETL design**:

- Implementing **data strategies** and developing **physical data models**:

- ** Evaluating implemented data systems** for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency
- ** Troubleshooting and optimizing** data systems
- Locate and define new process **improvement** opportunities
- Create documents, **reports and SOP´s** to document all the processes

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or information systems
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with the **design and maintenance of ETL pipelines**:

- Experience with **OMOP-CDM** and with writing **Python, SQL for ETL pipelines**:

- Experience with **version control, CI/CD**:

- Technical expertise regarding **data models and database**:

- Experience working with** large data volumes**, including processing, transforming and transporting large-scale data
- Understanding & usage of **algorithms and data structures**:

- ** Autonomy** (identify and independently complete project tasks)
- Availability to **learn concepts very quickly**. Take responsibility for self-learning

**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- Master’s degree
- Experience with Cloud computing, specifically AWS
- Experience with transforming medical registry data to OMOP-CDM
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with large medical databases (EDC´s) to produce clinical research studies
- Clinical database terminology
- Familiarized with Clinical knowledge and medical data (ideally HSC transplant programs and new cell therapies), translating the requirements from physicians into the system

- ** Freelance** contract (6 - 8 months) and **part-time** position (22,5 hours/week)
- Salary (**22,5h/week**): 27.000 - 30.000 gross/year (depending on previous experience).

- Some foreign travel
