Integration Architect

**Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for an Integration Architect.**:
Main responsibilities:

- Design and validate complex architectures, ensuring successful implementation.
- Analyze and challenge multiple IT scenarios based on the business environment.
- Design and document integration architecture and solutions, incorporating design patterns, best practices, and adherence to standards while minimizing custom development.
- Collaborate with the internal team to design Salesforce integrations from a data and integration perspective.
- Lead a team of integration specialists, both onshore and offshore, in building and testing the documented design.
- Utilize project management and interpersonal skills to oversee concurrent projects, working with internal and external teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Application Integration Architecture, API and Microservices architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions. Mulesoft or Talend knowledge or exprience is a plus.
- Extensive experience in system implementation processes, including design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
- Ability to document requirements for developers and a solid understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, support personnel, and clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.
- Experience integrating with CRM solutions, with broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) being advantageous.
