Join Xenon7, a premier AI/ML consulting firm, as our MLOps Specialization Lead. Representing the company for all MLOps projects, you'll ensure top-quality service for clients, lead educational programs, and spearhead the development of our own MLOps products and offerings. We are seeking for people very senior in their career both in technical and business aspect. You will need to effectively participate in client-facing activities, as well as be a strong business stakeholder to be able to establish and grow our MLOps offering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MLOps processes and infrastructure to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of machine learning models in production.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients on MLOps best practices, helping them navigate complex technical challenges and achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and deliver educational programs and workshops to upskill team members and clients in MLOps methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Drive the development and deployment of Xenon7's own MLOps products and offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver value-added solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MLOps, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance Xenon7's capabilities and maintain our competitive edge.
- Actively contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and speaking engagements, to showcase Xenon7's expertise in MLOps and position the company as a thought leader in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing MLOps frameworks and practices.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and architectures.
- Strong business mindset and experience acting as a business stakeholder
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Continuous learning mindset and passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
