Your Tasks
- Serve as the nominated Head of Quality & Safety of Pilatus Ibérica, ensuring conformity with approved design data and regulatory requirements
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Pilatus Quality System, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and Part 21 obligations.
- Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, and Part 21 requirements.
- Lead Quality Assurance activities: internal/external audits, inspections, supplier surveillance, and certification processes.
- Build, develop, and manage the Quality team to ensure competence and regulatory awareness.

With this you convince us
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace Quality Management, with proven responsibility under Part 21 Subpart G (POA).
- In-depth knowledge of EASA requirements, EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated authority in quality assurance regulatory compliance and audit management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish and German are an advantage.
