Are you passionate about systems, process efficiency, and managing programs to help people be more engaged and successful? If yes, you may be a good fit for Autodesk's Sales Operations Services organization in a WW Project Manager role. A Project Manager provides support to your Organization Managers, ensuring WW programs are accomplished. Sales Operations Support team provides a range of services including maintenance and system enhancements. You will support important programs such as CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Sales Lead Management. We ask that you work with Sales Operations Support, Marketing, Legal, and Revenue Recognition, as main stakeholders. Your manager will be Manager of Sales Operations Services located in Barcelona, Spain. This is a hybrid role, but you may be asked to travel to the office for planning meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain current CLM templates, by interacting with WW stakeholders to keep existing documents up to date
- Ensure version control, tracking all changes for all documents
- Work with Sales Operations Support and WW Stakeholders to implement new enhancements to templates
- Develop relationships with WW Stakeholders to collaborate on the maintenance process
- Learn and understand Sales Lead Management current processes and tasks
- Contribute to daily work on Sales Lead Management and provide feedback on enhancements to processes and expansion to new areas

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience managing complex global operational projects in Salesforce CRM environment
- 2+ years of experience working with diverse global teams
- 1+ year of user experience with Project Management tools (Smartsheet, JIRA,)
- Conga authoring/editing or a similar system would be beneficial
- Some travel is required
