As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for contacting customers assigned using various channels, working closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunities, and providing a positive and memorable experience to each customer.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify leads to boost sales in the specific region/territory.
- Capture and report all relevant data.
- Positively impact sales through customer interactions, with a consistent increase in conversion rates.
- Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs set.
- Build meaningful connections and profile the customers assigned to improve quality data and segmentation.
- Expert understanding of products with the ability to demonstrate products and services.
- Provide a positive and memorable experience to each customer.
- Work closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunities.

- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone).
- Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments.
