**Banco Santander is looking for a Data Scientist Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Data Scientist Analyst **, you will help us in different fronts:

- Designing, building, implementing and supporting the productivization of cutting-edge quantitative models on the grounds of the fields of Statistics (Xtreme Value Theory and Bayesian and Frequentist Statistics and econometrics) and Artificial Intelligence (Natural Language Processing, random forests, XGBM and clustering techniques) to measure the most relevant non-financial risks: Operational, Reputational risks and working on recommender systems for recruiting.
- You will be in charge of figuring out the economic capital and risk appetite figures on a regular basis (key figures for managerial and regulatory purposes) and the stress test on a bannual basis, so knowledge on all these concepts will be very valued.
- You will be working with all the local units within the Group and the Local and Global Internal Validation teams. The Xtreme value theory will be your best quantitative friend at this environment.

EXPERIENCE
- From 1 year on.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in modelling using Statistics /Econometrics or Artificial Intelligence techniques on different type of data.
- A resilient person.
- Technological skills.
