Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA)

The Power & Flow division is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA) in the Product Company of Zaragoza. The person appointed will report directly to the Team Coach of SQA.

Mission of the position:

- Improve the quality assurance process of the Company.
- Quality assurance of suppliers, involving metal parts, plastic parts and electrical cubicles.
- Guarantee that the products delivered by suppliers comply with the product specifications.
- Certify that suppliers comply with the regulations and commitments acquired in the contracts.
- Audit the productive processes of suppliers, identify risks, powers.
- Follow-up of corrective actions.

Required experience:

- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position with an environment oriented to product quality.

Educational requirement:

- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering.

Knowledge requirements:

- Good knowledge of the English language, will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of quality system tools, as well as statistic control, 8D, FMEA, desired.
- Advanced Excel or Power BI
- Knowledge of process engineering
- Knowledge in industrial maintenance, specifically manufacture of tubes, exhausts, threads, sleeves, hoses, insulation, combustion engine circuits (oil, urea, fuel, exhaust, coolant, etc.)
- Continuous improvement, PPAP / APQP, SPC and problem analysis
- General knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standard and in internal and external audits
