Analyse existing data and functionalities, clarify current ways of working to shape new roadmap topics and assess business benefits.
- Share product features with markets and be a point of contact with the business and on product functionalities.
- Build and facilitate market briefings on playback on requirements, and high-level demos of new functionality.
- Prepares release notes and supports digital adoption initiatives as required.
- Own the accuracy of the product deck updates and work with the PO to align for forums.
- Review with Functional lead blocked and need clarification stories to find resolutions and ensure functionality is delivered on time and responds to business needs.
- Keeps backlog and roadmap tools up to date as per latest inputs and decisions made.
- Supporting the user panel activities

- Prior 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Ability to put together high-level documents and process maps quickly and efficiently to explain a concept.
- Must have ability to articulate complex ideas quickly and clearly, ready for general consumption.
- Must have the ability to simplify solution options versus excess of customizations.
- Is challenging the status quo.
- Is thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to understand and articulate business needs to technical team members.
- Ability to speak another European language is a plus.

The role will focus essentially on ensuring approved demand is translated into high quality user stories and will be responsible for providing all necessary clarification around the requirements to functional teams. This is a 360 role in which the CC Business Analyst will have the opportunity to interact daily with end-users, change and adoption teams, technical training teams and as well CC delivery and support team.
