**Job Description Summary**: We are looking for an entry level manufacturing trainee to join our new site in San Agustin de Guadalix.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an entry level manufacturing trainee to join our new site in San Agustin de Guadalix.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Support production department operations by performing different tasks assigned by your supervisor
- Learn how to perform product assembly according to quality standards
- Understand the importance of inventory management and how it can impact the efficiency of the plant
- Work closely with other departments such as engineering or maintenance to support the resolution of any issues during production
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on improving safety, reducing waste, and optimizing processes
- Complete training sessions to acquire skills related to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop competencies in areas such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, decision making, etc

**About you**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent or Master's student studying a degree in Engineering
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 / C1) since you will be participating in international projects.
- Knowledge of industrial statistics, AutoCAD and previous experience with project management will be valued.
