Head of Global Programs

**The Role**:
The Head of Global Programs plays a key role in driving business results in Celonis Services as well as growing the individuals in the team and aligning against their annual objectives on a day to day basis. The Head of Global Programs represents Celonis Services in strategic program formulation and is responsible for the overall execution of Global Programs within CS.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Representing CS in cross-LOB discussions on strategic programs, and agreeing the support required from CS especially by Product & Engineering, Sales and Value Engineering.
- Support CS leadership to identify and agree on regional and global programs to be prioritized.
- Providing global oversight of progress towards program goals, coordinating and supporting other CS teams in execution on agreed programs, and acting as a point of escalation within Celonis.
- Budget management of programs/projects.
- Direct management of the individuals in the team (Talent Review, Promotions, merit, performance, career planning, development, etc)
- Setting the team's and individual objectives and focus for the fiscal year.
- Set the operational goals and KPIs for the individuals in the team
- Provide coaching on the role and career guidance to the individuals in the team.
- Manage team capacity and priorities with the goal of accomplishing team and Services goals.
- Reinforcing a positive team environment and planning team building activities.
- Close liaison and communication with the regional CS leadership teams

**The Qualifications you need**:

- Proven leadership experience either directly managing or indirectly leading teams focused on Strategic Programs
- Significant experience in driving successful Professional Services Strategic Programs within a software company
- A deep understanding of Celonis’ most critical and strategic priorities and the ability to correctly prioritize CS programs against company priorities
- A deep understanding of internal stakeholder (PnE, Sales, VE, Senior Leadership) relationship and key functional priorities
- A top-performer with demonstrable past success achieving relevant targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in designing and implementing initiatives and infrastructure to scale top-performing program teams
- Demonstrated experience in attracting, developing and retaining top talent
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative (team-focused) mindset, high levels of EQ and IQ
- An entrepreneurial approach, self-aware and an inspiring character with great energy
