Since their complexity is increasing and their product expands in other markets, the tech challenges are becoming more complex to solve. They look for tech leaders to help company navigating through the complexity and lead the team to the next stage. Currently, they are looking for a **Frontend Tech Lead**, with a deep knowledge of **JavaScript/TypeScript, architectures, strategies and complex environments **. Most of the platform is built in **Angular 4+**, although they are doing cool stuff in **React **as well.

**Functions**:

- Lead the company technical vision and long-term technology strategy.- Promote high-impact tech initiatives and prepare technical plans to improvethe web platform based on business needs.- Participate in hiring (interviews and reviewing tech tests) and promote improvements intheir hiring assessment activities.- Use data and insights to set the appropriate priorities and make the right decisions.- Review some code and ensure the chosen strategy is going in the right direction.- Guide and facilitate architecture and infrastructure decisions helping web peers to do their work in the product teams.**What they offer**:

- You are an excellent communicator and you can speak to technical and non-technical stakeholders on the appropriate level of abstraction.- You have strong analytical skills and you use them to reach trade-offs between tech and business needs.
