We are looking for 1 native Dutch speaking telephonist to join our already consolidated team for one of our clients with a great reputation in customer service in Poblenou (Metro Marina or Bogatell).
Tareas
You will be responsible for the relationship between the client and the company, through telephone customer service and you will be able to help our clients resolve any doubts they may have about our products, services, delivery times, guarantees, etc. You will be part of an ambitious project where you will find opportunities for professional development and growth.
**Requisitos**:
Excellent communication skills, politeness, empathy and understanding.Native Dutch speaker
Permanent contract 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday
Possibility of teleworking after passing the one month trial period and approval of the production supervisor when departmental targets are met.
