Join a key organization in wind energy as Senior Planner. This position is to be filled in Spain, Madrid. Planning department is responsible for creating wind energy project schedules considering many external factors (customer requests, site conditions) but also internal ones (financial target, contractual terms, location of production of wind turbine parts, location of projects, KPIs). Closely participatory during the sales phase, it also has a critical function in the construction phase to secure an implementation according to the contractual schedule. **Responsibilities** - Create, maintain, and progress the overall resource loaded portfolio schedule into Primavera (VESTAS planning software). Ensure that all schedules generated for a project are fully integrated and resource-loaded in order to ensure the accuracy of projected staffing requirements. - Guide Planning activities on Sales phase. - Assist in the development of project plans and schedules ranging from level one integrated project plans through to detailed level activities. - Obtains data on project progress, logic and manpower from Project Managers, contractors or other project/plant personnel. Review / validate expected milestone dates on new projects assisting in the setting of milestone targets as required. - Elaborate Monthly/weekly Planning reports for Customers according Contractual requirements. - Conduct schedule, review meetings and assist in developing alternatives to accommodate changes to project plans. - Assist other planners at corporate level, the project managers, team members, and the Head of Construction on project scheduling issues as opportunities/risks arise. - Making sure that the Planning department is supporting the project team with claim management variation cases and supporting the operational site management with short term planning tasks. **Qualifications** - University degree and Contract Management Course or Certification is an asset. - At least 10 years of experience as Project Planner in large international projects (budget > €50MM) including Engineer Procurement and Contruction contracts, experience on Wind Energy is an asset. - Office Software - PRIMAVERA and MS Project expert. - Proficient spoken and written English. **Competencies** - International experience; Experience in global interaction with customers/partners/providers from multiple countries. - Organization and interpersonal skills; used to maintain meetings with several external stakeholders (customer, suppliers, subcontractors) and internal stakeholders (Manufacturing department, Supply chain, Procurement, Finance). - Contract Management experience (Supporting the Contract Manager on Variation Orders&claims) and experience managing Contracts. **What we offer...** - Attractive salary+ bonus - Meal voucher - Hybrid work: 3 days at Madrid office, 2 days at home
